The island is a part of a three Caye Range that boasts of a natural lagoon/marina just a few yards from shore which is ideally suited for safe moorings in the event of inclement weather.The partion of this island being offered is semi-developed consisting of 5 rustic cabanas, 2 more for the workers and a kitchen.

The property has been in operation for a number of years, catering mostly to hardy  groups renting the island for weeks at a time like univerersity students and researchers like the National Geographic Team which come to Belize on a yearly basis.

It's a precious little piece of island, ideal for those that wish to be close to nature on the brink of the largest barrier reef in the hemisphere. Excellent diving, sailing and fishing!!!!!
